Storytime Themes

Storytime is definitely one of my favorite parts of my job, but planning storytimes each week can sometimes be a challenge. Although I haven’t always planned around particular themes (especially for Toddler or Baby Storytimes), I find that sometimes it helps me narrow down my choices. The families at my Musical Storytime seem to appreciate having a theme too.

So here is a rough calendar of themes (some of them based on random holidays), along with some general themes at the bottom. I’ll add more as I get to them.

If you have a theme suggestion or request, please let me know in the comments below.
